Riga, Latvia -- September 1, 2017 -- Mavimax Ltd announced today release of Enduro/X 5.0 middleware. This version is another big leap for Enduro/X to be more compatible with industry known competitors. Besides of many bug fixes done to the core product, the new version introduces new IPC buffer type, named VIEW. The view buffers are known to be used in Oracle Tuxedo, thus this new version will make even more painless migration from Tuxedo platform to Enduro/X. VIEWs are intended to be used as cross platform data objects transport between different programs and machines. Views also accelerate software development where Unified Buffer Format (UBF) is used. Views can be mapped to and from UBF buffers, thus allowing UBF to stay as a backbone/protocol buffer of the open system, but VIEWs can assists on more simpler programming of the UBF.
More customers will find the excitement of the view features in Enduro/X and it is expected more migration will be performed to Enduro/X, which is cost-effective, modern and scalable solution. Enduro/X is and answer to todays demands for cloud services, IoT and system openness and simplicity.
